(we must receive unopened, undamaged pack in excellent condition)
RETURN SHIPPING
Shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
We provide a prepaid return label.
Once you have received the shipping label - you will have 14 days to drop off your return at the shipping carrier. Return labels expire after 14 days - please contact us again for a new return label.
Must pack well, please use bubble wrap.
REFUNDS
Once your return is tracking on the way back to our warehouse the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date tracking shows delivered. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
